panoShowCase.com offers a full range of property photographic and marketing services for realtors, commercial businesses and consumers; from still photographs to virtual tours.

Our photographers use the latest in digital cameras and software to capture your property in the best possible way.  We photograph all aspects of the property, both inside and outside. We are able to photograph both residential and commercial properties.  All photos are usually available the next day via our secure website or via CD/DVD.   We also offer Virtual Tours from multi-shot panoramas to full-360 spherical panoramas.

How It Works:

1. Simply phone our office to arrange a suitable time for a photographer to visit the your property.
2. The photos are then downloaded and any required adjustments are made.
3. The photos are uploaded to our website and send an email notification that the images are now ready.
4. You and/or homebuyers can then access our secure website to view your images using a secure password.

A standard photo shoot will include approximately 25 pictures. These will include:
 - Exterior photos
- Interior photos
- Feature photos

All photos are high resolution and can be used on a photo sign board.

Virtual Tours

Our Virtual Tours are designed into various categories designed to fit your requirements and budget. In all cases, our professional photographers take high-resolution photos of the property. We offer four types of virtual tour packages:

1. Standard Package ($300, up to 15 photos) - panoramas are presented in a small pop-up window with navigation buttons. Multiple tours are selectable via a standard dropdown menu.
2. Interactive Virtual Tour Brochure ($500, up to 30 photos) - includes thumbnails, links to Property Details and Directions. Options include sound and/or voiceovers and floorplans.
3. Branded Tour Package (request quote) - same as IVT Brochure plus a company logo/banner at the top, and marketing information displayed in a side panel. Also features intuitive design based on your corporate brochure or website. 
4. High Definition FULLSCREEN  (request quote) - allows your clients or web visitors to view your tour in FULLSCREEN mode for greater impact. Branding and marketing features included.
